9 Nov 2007 - Community Garden

Two Beavers, three Cubs, one Scout and Hawkeye, Scout Leader, joined with Begelly Kilgetty Community Association members to plant a selection of trees in the Community Garden. The 30 trees consisted of 10 silver birch, 10 rowan, 5 cherries, 3 field maple and 2 hornbeams, which had been supplied by the Woodland Trust as part of the Scouting centenary celebrations. The planting didn't take very long but the planters did get very damp.
