13 Dec 2007 - Music and Mince Pies

Members of the Community Association decorated the Community Hall and prepared the mince pies in readiness for local residents to enjoy an afternoon of Christmas entertainment. Fifty people arrived and were offered a glass of sherry, followed by refreshments and a raffle. The entertainment was supplied by Gill and Arthur Ray, who were dressed as a Christmas fairy and Noddy Holder from Slade. They began with Christmas songs and carols followed by songs with a 60's flavour, encouraging all present to join in.
